As an experienced and highly qualified personal trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach, I can still help you out.

 

If you haven't been getting to the gym, I can help you out very easily, just as I have for the last 5 years on a 1-1 basis with my clients in the UK. Prior to starting out I will ask you to complete a fitness questionnaire so I can learn more about your goals. The first session is very much a fact finding session for us to get to know each other and me to see how fit/strong/flexible you are. From that I will plan your workouts.

 

By early September 2020 I expect to have my home studio up and running in Mosman Park so I can resume 1-1 coaching again in a private and convenient location. But until then, perhaps one of these options appeals?

 

1-1 PT in the Great Outdoors - $65 for a 45min session

I have my own equipment (medicine balls, TRX, kettle bells, stability ball, dumbells, skilling ropes etc etc), and we can meet near to the gym in Kings Park or in Mosman Park for an intense and effective outdoor workout.

 

Self-guided workouts

1.  Basic service

If you are self- motivated but want some ideas of exercises you can do at home, I can put together a workout for you, which will have descriptions, pictures, videos, sets and reps. You can then complete that in your own time at your own pace. You just pay for the first workout and then get charged each time you want it updated. $50 for each workout and review.

 

2. Premium service

Using TrainingPeaks, I can plan your workouts each week and send you diary reminders and full details of your session, straight to your inbox and calendar. You will have an app on your phone to monitor your progress and training sessions and I, as your trainer/coach will also have access to this, so I can see how you are doing. We can communicate daily through this app if you wish.

 

This is a great tool if you want some structure and accountability, or have a specific goal in mind, and whilst I predominantly use it for swim, bike, run clients it can be for any activity. You can create a basic account which is free to use, and then you just pay for my planning/coaching/training/monitoring & general stick-prodding services.

 

This service is $150-$200/month but does depend on your individual circumstances and how complicated  your training plans are likely to be, so it's best to give me a call to discuss how this can work for you.

 

Finally if we really go into lockdown, or you don't live in Perth, have you considered facetime workouts?

We'll both be in the safety of our own homes, you'll need one or two bits of equipment and a decent internet service.

I can still encourage, guide, direct, demonstrate and motivate from afar!
